Bon-Air Neighborhood Revitalization
Program:
Calhoun Street is the first street to be
revitalized in the Bon-Air Neighborhood Project. All of
the houses on the street will either be renovated or replaced
with a new house. There will be 32 new houses and 12
renovated houses.
Design:
Calhoun Street will be revised to replace
an unsafe dead-end condition with a new cross street. The
typical house lots will be enlarged and the new houses will
unify the neighborhood with a continuity of materials and a
rhythm of gable forms.
